These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AssistHive platform (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using AssistHive, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts and tenants

• Each tenant represents an organization or household. The tenant administrator controls user access and roles.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly update it as needed.

Acceptable use

• Do not use AssistHive for unlawful activities or to store content that violates the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls, probe infrastructure, or disrupt the service.
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of household members and any third parties whose data you store.

Subscriptions and limits

Access to AssistHive features is governed by the subscription plan associated with your tenant. Limits on households, members, users, storage, and other features are enforced according to the active plan. Details of your current plan are available in the Tenant Console and Billing pages.

Confidentiality and data

We treat customer data as confidential and use it only to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you upload to AssistHive.

Service changes and availability

We may update or modify AssistHive from time to time, including adding or removing features. We will use reasonable efforts to maintain availability, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or factors outside our control.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

AssistHive is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. In all cases, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid for your AssistHive subscription in the preceding twelve (12) months.
