The tenant area is where administrators manage the organization-level configuration of AssistHive.
What is managed at tenant level
- Subscription plan and billing portal access.
- User seat usage and household capacity.
- Notification settings.
- Tenant-wide audit log review.
- Admin transfer workflow.
- Tenant deactivation.
Subscription limits
The active subscription can enforce limits on household count, members per household, active users, vault storage, and some feature availability. When a limit is exceeded, the system blocks the action and prompts for operational correction or upgrade.
Billing actions
- Open billing checkout when selecting a plan.
- Use the billing portal for payment and subscription management.
- Review current plan details from the tenant overview.
Admin transfer
If account ownership needs to move to another user in the same tenant, start an admin transfer request from the tenant area. The recipient receives a tokenized acceptance flow. Transfers can be pending, accepted, declined, cancelled, or expired.
Tenant deactivation
Deactivation is a deliberate administrative action. Use it only when the tenant should stop operating. Review dependencies first because deactivation affects the entire account, not a single user or household.
