Reminders help your team follow up consistently across documents, tasks, appointments, and flights.

What reminders can be attached to

  • Documents
  • Tasks
  • Appointments
  • Flights

Reminder fields

  • First reminder at: when the first reminder should be sent.
  • Repeat: no repeat, every N days, or every N months.
  • Stop after: optional last date for the reminder series.
  • Stop when completed: stop automatically when the underlying work is done or cancelled.
  • Send via: email, WhatsApp, or both when channel selection is enabled in settings.

Tenant notification settings

Tenant administrators can enable or disable reminder delivery by item type. Digest settings can also be configured at the tenant level.

Audit log

The audit log is tenant-scoped and records create, update, delete, and settings activity. Use it to answer questions such as who changed a booking, who updated a document, or when tenant settings were modified.

Common reasons a reminder does not send

  1. The reminder was never enabled on the record.
  2. The first reminder date was missing or invalid.
  3. The reminder became inactive after reaching its stop date.
  4. The item was completed, cancelled, or archived and Stop when completed was enabled.
  5. Tenant notification settings disabled that reminder type.
Operational recommendation: use reminders for deadlines and renewal cycles, and use the audit log when you need accountability or change history.
